✅ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Personal care items (like pacifiers or bottles) for hygiene reasons

Sale items marked “final sale”

🔄 How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at lmjenterprise@lmjenterprise.solutions with:

Your full name

Order number

The reason for the return

We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
