📦 Order Tracking Policy

At LMJ Enterprise, we want to make sure you always know where your order is and when it will arrive. Here's how you can track your order every step of the way.

📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped (usually within 1–3 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your order.

You can also track your order directly on our Track My Order page using your tracking number or email address.

⏱️ How Long Before My Tracking Info Updates?
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking details to update after your order has shipped. Some carriers may take longer depending on your location and their processing times.

🌍 International Orders
If you're located outside the U.S., please note that tracking updates may be delayed until the package reaches your country’s customs system. Most international orders are delivered within 10–20 business days.

❗ What If I Haven’t Received My Tracking Number?
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order:

Check your email spam/junk folder

If you still can’t find it, contact our support team at [Your Store Email], and we’ll help you right away.

📦 Tracking Says “Delivered,” But I Didn’t Receive It
If your tracking status says Delivered, but you haven’t received your package:

Check with household members or neighbors

Look around your mailbox, porch, or delivery area

Wait 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers mark items delivered before they arrive
